Does what it’s told.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Accurate temps, plenty of control manually or through programs for roasting, baking and grilling. Blistering heat for pizza to controlled heat for choux and works down to just warm for dough proving. Pull-out rails work well for improved access.
Gonna be testing my warranty after breaking a narrow plastic skirt across the bottom of the door while cleaning. There's a trap for crumbs and scraps between the door bottom and the oven base that's hard to access.
