The cooking surface offers four cooking zones with 17 power levels. Whether you’re putting a delicate sauce on a low simmer or searing a steak, you’re always in complete control of the heat. If you need to turn up the heat, the PowerBoost function helps to rapidly boil a pot of water or deliver high heat. Control everything seamlessly using the sleek Bosch TouchSelect controls. The timer conveniently switches off the assigned cooking zone after the set time.
For added safety, a child lock will prevent accidental interference of the controls, and residual heat indicators will let you know if the cooktop is still hot to the touch. The elegant, attractive design of the cooktop made from black ceramic is easy to keep clean and adds style to any kitchen.
TouchSelect control panel
Simply select your preferred cooking zone to increase or decrease the power level with the straightforward touch controls. This includes a timer that can automatically switch off your cooktop after a set period of time.
PowerBoost mode
Speed up your cooking by activating the PowerBoost mode. This gives you an extra boost of heating power to quickly heat up a large pan or pot of boiling water. When time is of the essence, you can have meals ready in no time.
Faster cooking with induction
Highly energy-efficient and safe to use, induction cooktops use a magnetic field to generate heat directly into your cookware, rather than the hob itself heating up. Highly responsive and precise, it heats up your pans rapidly and boils water very quickly so meals can be ready in no time.
ReStart function
If a pot of water boils over and the cooktop automatically switches off, the convenient ReStart function saves the last selected setting so you can continue where you left off.
