Pure Steam System

ASKO combi steam ovens use the Pure Steam System to separate condensed water from steam. The water is then re-circulated into the steaming process ensuring proper steaming of the food.

Programmable temperature probe

The rear wall and door of ASKO ovens are designed with a flat surface. This ensures the interior is easy to clean while also optimising the distribution of hot air to ensure even cooking.
