After months of waiting for the insert to arrive (and therefore too late to go for an entirely new sink in our new kitchen), we are extremely underwhelmed, The sink does not actually drain properly so water pools at the bottom and the only way to empty it properly is to lift it up and pour it out. The finishing is also poor with the sink hole literally just a small cut out. The plugs are cheap nasty plastic with no filter for any debris, which means any food crumbs drain out into the main sink, so you have to clean that as well. Perhaps most stupidly, the hole in the insert does not align with the hole in the main sink, so water does not drain directly down the main sink. Result? A pain in the bum sink that requires significant cleaning of both the main sink and insert, and manually lifting the insert to drain. Wish I had gone with a completely different system. Please don't waste your money.
