[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dishwasher five years ago and loved it initially. Just before the five year mark it started to have problems. The repair service was swift however, it took four visits to fix the problem. Each time, someone had to be waiting at home for the repairer. A few days after the warranty expired, the dishwasher showed an error message and would not operate. Because we did not know what the repair would cost (parts are apparently expensive), we decided to buy a new dishwasher instead. We are very disappointed because we thought that the AEG brand was reliable. We also bought two ovens at the same time as the dishwasher. One of them had already had problems and has been repaired.

Weve had our AEG Dishwasher for a couple of months now and love its efficiency - only ever use the 30 minute cycle unless we have a number of visitors. Its very quiet and we think it has enhanced our updated kitchen, now featured in black and white.
