The AEG 90cm Freestanding Induction Pyrolytic Oven with FlexiBridge Black combines flexible induction cooking with a versatile multifunction oven for passionate home cooks and entertainers. Its five-zone SaphirMatt induction cooktop features scratch-resistant glass and FlexiBridge for accommodating different cookware arrangements. Smarter Boiling and Frying

SenseBoil detects when water reaches boiling point and adjusts the temperature to help maintain a controlled simmer. SenseFry monitors heat beneath the pan and makes automatic adjustments, taking some of the guesswork out of frying while supporting consistent cooking temperatures.

Flexible Cooking with FlexiBridge

FlexiBridge adapts the induction cooking area to suit different cookware and meal preparation needs. Combine zones to accommodate longer or larger pans, or use them separately at different temperatures when preparing multiple dishes, providing greater flexibility across the cooktop.

Pyroluxe Pyrolytic Self-Cleaning

Pyroluxe takes much of the effort out of maintaining the oven. The pyrolytic cleaning cycle uses high temperatures to reduce grease, grime and baked-on food residue to ash, leaving the oven interior ready to be wiped clean with a damp cloth.

SteamBake for Baking and Roasting

SteamBake introduces steam at the beginning of the cooking process, helping dough remain moist on the surface as it bakes. Ideal for breads, muffins and pies, it can also be used when preparing dishes such as roast chicken, grilled meats and lasagne.
