[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this model since April 2024 and are disappointed with it. Whites are not as white as we were used to with a top loader. When clothes are washed they generally dry hard, abrasive and stiff. I've even cut down the spin cycle to around a thousand, cut back on washing detergent, I use fabric softener which I shouldn't have to. I do cut down the time of the washing, I cannot wait 3hrs and 8 minutes or 1hr and 40 minutes, very energy consuming in today's environment. Should have stayed with the top loaders. Your thoughts AEG???

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this machine to replace the exact same model. Had the first machine 12 years with no problems and still reliable. New model is even better. Would definitely recommend this machine and would not buy anything else

I opted for this AEG washing machine and matching condenser dryer over other brands, as I've had AEG before which is still going strong after 12 years and we've handed it on to family. We've had this one 12 months now and I'm very happy with the machine and its results. I love just how quiet it is as the laundry has no door.
