Bertazzoni

History

Back in the 19th century, Francesco Bertazzoni made precision weighing machines for the local cheese makers of Emilia-Romagna, in northern Italy. Upon observing the latest wood-burning stove technology in trains arriving from Germany, he was inspired to engineer an appliance which combined this technology with his love of food and family. This entrepreneurial instinct has been passed down through six Bertazzoni generations and remains with the company today. In the more than 100 years since Francesco’s first designs, the family has continued to uphold his and his country’s values. Bertazzoni believes the kitchen is the heart of every home, with food and family at its core. This enjoyment of food goes into the creation of every one of their appliances, delivered with world-leading production techniques. There is a natural fusion of function and design, ensuring Bertazzoni appliances look stylish and elegant, complementing your kitchen environment and enhancing your everyday experiences.
