Seaforth by Hampton Architecture

As seen in the Winnings Design & Culinary Guide Issue 08

A cleverly appointed kitchen headlines a stunning update to this harbourside home.

With a harbour-front position commanding spectacular views and even its own private jetty, only the very best would do in the Hampton Architecture and Sandlik Constructions-led makeover of this luxurious home in Sydney’s exclusive Seaforth.

The light-filled, revitalised layout includes a sparkling new kitchen packed with quality Gaggenau appliances, plus a new bar area and boathouse, all fitted with suitably premium appointments that make this a home perfect for parties, yet also ideal for intimate entertaining.

Catering for it all couldn’t be easier courtesy of Gaggenau’s 200 Series, ranging from a 60cm Pyrolytic Oven, plus matching Compact Combi-Steam Oven, Vacuum Drawer and Culinary Warming Drawer, to the 90cm Vario Natural Gas Cooktop beneath an 86cm Under Cupboard Rangehood.

The 200 Series Pyrolytic Oven distinguishes itself for more than just an understated aesthetic; it’s the ultimate all-rounder, with up to 13 heating methods and even a baking stone function, plus a TFT touch display and Home Connect Wi-Fi connectivity via a connected device. The Compact Combi-Steam Oven combines hot air with up to 100 per cent humidity, along with adjustable automatic programs and precise temperature control. With Home Connect and an automated cleaning system, it’s as functional as it is handsome.

Main Bar

The Vario Natural Gas Cooktop features five multi-ring solid brass burners, each mechanically regulated to offer nine exact power levels for professional-grade performance.

After dinner, the Gaggenau 400 Series Fully Integrated Dishwasher steps in with features including Zeolite technology to take care of delicate crockery, plus a minimalist push-to-open design and soft interior illumination.

Elsewhere, quality abounds wherever you look, from a pair of Sub-Zero integrated fridges and a Zip Hydrotap in the kitchen, to the Vintec 100 Beer Bottle Beverage Centre and a WOLF Built-in Outdoor Natural Gas Grill as part of the warm and welcoming bar space.

Stunning fluted cabinetry and contrasting stone benchtops complete a showpiece entertaining space that’s well worthy of its premium location.
