90-Day Money Back Guarantee: In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your new V-ZUG laundry appliances, you can apply for a 90-day money back guarantee (90-days from date of installation, in accordance with instructions, ensuring correct use of provided baseplate/s, by V-ZUG + Winning Services).

If you are not satisfied with your new V-ZUG Laundry Appliance, you must email : service.au@vzug.com to begin the application process for the 90 day money back guarantee. The claim must be made within 90 days of the product being installed at the nominated address.

Please ensure to include a copy of your invoice, your name, address and best contact phone number.
The V-ZUG service team will review your application and advise if it is deemed successful or not. Please allow up to 48 hours after your initial email for the team to respond.
The claim must be made within 90 days of the product being installed at the nominated address.
1. Money Back Guarantee applies to all V-ZUG Washers and Dryers.
2. Installation is to be managed by V-ZUG or Winning Services in accordance with instructions, including but not limited to correct use of provided baseplate/s, within 12 months of delivery date
3. The claim is made within 90 days of the product being installed at the nominated address.
4. The product must be in full working order and is subject to a usage inspection by an authorised V-ZUG or Winning Services representative at the installed address prior to the claim being approved.
5. Any damage to the product sited during the inspection disqualifies the product from the offer.
6. The refund will be supplied via EFT or as a refund onto the purchasing credit card, no cash refunds will be provided.
