La Marzocco Home 2026 EOFY Promotion – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This promotion is conducted by La Marzocco Australia ("Promoter").

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 8:30am (AEST) on 1 June and ends at 11:59pm (AEST) on 30 June ("Promotion Period").

3. Eligibility

This promotion is open to customers located in Australia who make a qualifying purchase through La Marzocco Home during the Promotion Period.

4. Qualifying Purchases

Customers who purchase any of the following products during the Promotion Period will be eligible to receive the complimentary gift:

- Linea Mini

- Linea Micra

- Linea Micra Pico Package

- Linea Mini Pico Package

- Gs3 AV and MP

- Gs3 Pico AV and MP Packages

5. Exclusions

The promotion does not apply to pre-order espresso machine models in the following finishes:

- Navy Blue

- Crème

- Brushed Steel

6. Gift with Purchase

Eligible customers will receive a complimentary premium accessory kit in black ONLY and a 6-month coffee subscription valued at over $1,000 AUD, which includes:

- 6-month coffee subscription, 1kg delivered each month starting from July 2026

- Premium Counter Knock Box (Black)

- Premium Bar Brush (Black)

- Premium Tamping Mat (Black)

- Premium Barista Towel Set

- Premium Steam Pitchers (20oz)

The gift is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

7. Fulfilment of Gift

- When possible, the premium accessory kit will be shipped together with the espresso machine purchase. If not shipped together it will be shipped separately from La Marzocco Melbourne.

- The coffee subscription will be fulfilled by a third-party coffee roaster selected by the customer (where applicable).

8. Coffee Subscription

- By participating in this promotion, the customer consents to their contact details being shared with their selected coffee roaster for the purpose of administering the coffee subscription.

- The coffee subscription will be managed entirely by the chosen coffee roaster, including delivery schedules, product selection, and customer service.

- La Marzocco Australia is not responsible for the operation or fulfilment of the coffee subscription once details have been shared.

9. General Conditions

- This offer is available only while stocks last.

- The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any item in the gift package with a product of equal or greater value if required.

- The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated.

- Orders must be completed and paid in full during the Promotion Period to qualify.

- All machinery must be dispatched by December 20th, 2026.

- The offer is non-transferable to purchases made prior to the commencement date of this promotional offer.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for:

- Any delay or failure in delivery of the gift caused by third parties

- Any issues arising from the coffee subscription service

- Any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participation in the promotion

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Privacy

By participating in this promotion, customers agree that their personal information may be collected and used by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the promotion and shared with third-party partners (such as coffee roasters) where required.

12. Changes to Promotion

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time, subject to applicable laws.
