Information on this Promotion and how to participate forms a part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

This promotion is available for purchases of Qualifying Products (as set out below) direct from Fisher & Paykel at fisherpaykel.com/au (the “Fisher & Paykel Website”) or through participating retailers. Participating retailers are any retailer in Australia authorised by the Promoter to sell Fisher & Paykel products as its agent, as listed here: fisherpaykel.com/au/where-to-buy. The Promoter recommends that prior to purchasing a Qualifying Product, you verify that the retailer is authorised to participate in this promotion.

WHO CAN CLAIM?

Participation in this promotion is only open to Australian residents 18 years and over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to claim. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, stepgrandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister or 1st cousin.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

The promotion commences 12.01am (AEDT) 1 December 2025 and ends 11.59pm (AEDT) on 31 January 2026 (Promotional Period).

PROMOTIONAL OFFER

Purchase a selected Fisher & Paykel appliance as listed below (Qualifying Product) in a single transaction during the Promotional Period to receive up to $1,000 off.

The discount is off the purchase price of the Qualifying Products purchased in the same transaction, excluding installation costs, spare parts, delivery fees and any other costs/fees/taxes imposed by Fisher & Paykel, the retailer or any other person

IN-STORE PURCHASES

a. Purchases must be paid in full during the Promotional Period, or a minimum 30% deposit must be paid during the Promotional Period, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

b. Quotes for purchases meeting the eligibility criteria set out above and received within the Promotional Period will be eligible to receive the discount, provided a minimum 30% deposit is paid within the quote validity period.

c. The relevant discount will not apply to quotes or orders altered or edited at your request (for example, if you request to remove, add, or change a Qualifying Product or accessory) after the Promotional Period ends.

ONLINE PURCHASES

a. Purchases must be paid for in full at checkout, during the Promotional Period.

b. Quotes are not available through either the Fisher & Paykel Website or the Appliances Online Website.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims (including contacting the place of purchase) and claimants (including a claimant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any claimant that is not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions, to modify, reschedule or terminate the promotion or to modify or extend the closing date and criteria of the promotion at its discretion. The Terms and Conditions in effect as at the time you made your purchase, placed your Order or Quote will be those that apply to you.

The Promoter’s decision on all matters pertaining to this promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into, except as otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions.

The discount under the Promotion is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes, or modifies any consumer rights under any applicable statute including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

Insofar as is permitted by applicable law, the Promoter and its agents will not in any circumstances (whether arising in tort, contract or otherwise) be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death arising in connection with the promotion (including, without limitation, liability in connection with (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim or offer that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after the receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any tax liability incurred by a claimant; or (e) participation in the promotion), except where it is caused by the negligence or deliberate breach of the Promoter or its agents.

If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that will not affect the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions.
