The promotion commences 12.01am AEDT 2 October 2023 and closes 11.59pm AEDT 31 January 2024
(Promotional Period).
Purchase at least three qualifying Fisher & Paykel appliances listed below (Qualifying Products) in a single
transaction from a participating retailer during the Promotional Period to receive one of the following discounts off
your total purchase price:
• Spend $7,500 to $9,999 and save 7.5%
• Spend $10,000 to $14,999 and save 10%
• Spend $15,000 and more and save 15%
This promotion is available with instore purchases only.
Purchases must be paid in full during the Promotional Period or a minimum 30% deposit paid in accordance with the
Terms and Conditions of Sale set out here: fisherpaykel.com/au/terms-and-conditions.
Quotes for purchases meeting the eligibility criteria set out above and received within the Promotional Period will be
eligible to receive the discount, provided a minimum 30% deposit is paid within the quote validity period.
The relevant discount will not apply to quotes or orders altered or edited at your request after the Promotional
Period ends either to remove, add or change a Qualifying Product or accessory.
Discount is off the total purchase price of the Qualifying Products and any accessories purchased in the same
transaction excluding installation costs, spare parts, delivery fees and any other costs/fees imposed by Fisher &
Paykel, the retailer or any other person.
Accessories will contribute to total spend amount but are not included as Qualifying Products and therefore will not
count towards the minimum quantity of Qualifying Products required to be eligible for this offer.

The Promoter reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions, to modify, reschedule or terminate the promotion
or to modify or extend the closing date and criteria of the promotion at its discretion. The Terms and Conditions in
effect as at the time you made your purchase, placed your Order or Quote will be those that apply to you.
The discount under the Promotion is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter and its respective bodies corporate (including
their officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability whether arising in tort (including without limitation
negligence), contract or otherwise for any loss or damage (including, without limitation, loss of opportunity, loss of
