Billi Extended Warranty Period Promotion – Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion

The promoter is Billi Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 64 624 954 829), 1/21–35 Radford Road, Reservoir VIC 3073 (“Billi”) and this promotion runs for the period from 1 October 2026 to 31 October 2026 (inclusive)(“Promotion Period”).

This promotion is not a trade promotion involving skill or chance.

2. Eligibility

The promotion is available to Australian customers who purchase during the Promotion Period an eligible product (detailed below) from a Billi Approved Retailer participating in the promotion, a list of which is via www.billi.com.au/promotions.

To qualify for the promotional extended warranty, the eligible system must be installed

by a Billi technician. Installation is at the customer’s cost unless the customer qualifies for a separate Billi promotional offer that includes complimentary installation.

Clearance, discount or seconds products, commercial quantities and project sales are excluded unless otherwise advised by Billi.

3. Eligible Products

Only the Billi Home product codes listed below are eligible. Billi Home Filtered Tap (911000) range is excluded.

4. 7-Year Warranty

Eligible customers who successfully register their eligible purchase in accordance with these Terms & Conditions will receive an extension of a further 48 months in addition to the standard 36 month warranty period offered by Billi. This means a warranty period in total of 84 months, commencing from the date on which the 36 month warranty period would otherwise commence under Billi’s standard warranty. The promotional warranty applies to the eligible system only. Accessories, consumables or replacement items, filters, CO₂ cylinders, spare parts, installation services and other products outside the eligible systems are excluded.

For the avoidance of doubt, other than the warranty period, all of Billi’s standard warranty terms and conditions, exclusions and maintenance requirements continue to apply to goods purchased as part of this promotion.

5. Installation

As a condition of receiving the promotional extended warranty, the eligible Billi Home system must be installed by a Billi technician.

Installation may be purchased through the participating Billi Approved Retailer at the time of purchase, or directly with Billi following registration for this promotion.

Where installation has not been paid for through the retailer, Billi Service will contact the customer following successful registration to arrange installation and payment directly with the customer.

Standard installation charges are $419 for non-sparkling systems and $479 for sparkling systems. Additional charges may apply where the installation falls outside the scope of a standard installation.

Customers who also purchase an eligible Billi Multifunction Mixer Tap and meet the requirements of Billi's concurrent complimentary installation promotion may claim both offers. Where eligible for both promotions, the complimentary installation offer will apply in accordance with its separate Terms & Conditions.

6. Registration

Customers must register at www.billi.com.au/promotions/ by 31 December 2026 and provide a valid final tax invoice. Registration within this time frame is mandatory.

Order confirmations, quotes, unfulfilled purchase orders or purchase schedules are not accepted as proof of purchase.

A valid product serial number must also be provided to complete the promotional warranty registration.

Registration must be completed by the customer and cannot be submitted by a retailer or third party. Late registrations will not qualify unless otherwise approved by Billi.

Registrations submitted without a serial number because the eligible system has not yet been delivered will remain pending until the serial number and any other required information have been provided and eligibility has been verified by Billi.

7. Verification, Returns & Transferability

Billi may request and verify information reasonably required to confirm eligibility, including with the relevant retailer. Customers are responsible for supplying all required documentation, and Billi is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete or incorrectly submitted registrations.

If an eligible purchase is cancelled, refunded or returned, other than by exercising rights under the Australian Consumer Law, the promotional warranty period extension will cease to apply.

The promotional extended warranty applies only to the original purchaser who successfully registered the eligible product and is not transferable.

8. Other Offers

This promotion may be used in conjunction with other Billi promotional offers unless otherwise stated. Customers must separately meet the eligibility and redemption requirements of each applicable offer. This includes Billi’s concurrent Multifunction Mixer Tap complimentary installation promotion. Customers who qualify for both promotions may receive the promotional 7-year warranty and complimentary

installation.

9. General

Billi may verify eligibility and, to the extent permitted by law, amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control. This will not affect eligible purchases already made provided they are subsequently validly registered within the required timeframe.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The benefits of this promotional warranty are in addition to any rights and remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
