Up to $1,000 Bonus Virtual Visa Gift Card with Select Artusi Integrated Refrigeration

These Terms & Conditions govern the Artusi Up to $1,000 Bonus Virtual Visa Gift Card with Select Integrated Refrigeration promotion (Promotion). Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. The Promotion is available to eligible Australian residents aged 18 years or over for eligible purchases made in Australia.

1. Promoter

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion commences at 12:01 am AEST on 14 September 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm AEDT on 25 October 2026 (Promotion Period).

An Eligible Purchase must be made during the Promotion Period. The date shown on the valid Australian tax invoice will be used to determine the purchase date.

3. Eligible Customers

The Promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are private retail buyers and make an Eligible Purchase during the Promotion Period (Eligible Customer).

Employees and immediate family members of the Promoter, Participating Retailers and agencies directly associated with the Promotion are not eligible to claim.

The Promotion does not apply to purchases made for resale, project or commercial purposes.

4. Participating Retailers

A Participating Retailer is an authorised Artusi dealer participating in this Promotion. Online bidding or auction websites and unauthorised retailers are excluded.

Customers should confirm that the retailer is participating in the Promotion before making a purchase. If unsure of eligibility, please contact Artusi on 1300 694 583 before purchase.

5. Eligible Purchase

To qualify, an Eligible Customer must purchase a new, fully paid Eligible Product from a Participating Retailer during the Promotion Period and retain a valid Australian tax invoice as proof of purchase.

Display stock, factory seconds, T2 stock, carton-damaged stock, project sales and commercial sales are excluded.

A purchase that is cancelled, returned or refunded is not eligible for the Promotion, subject always to any rights the customer may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Claim Period and How to Claim

Claims must be submitted by 11:59 pm AEDT on 22 November 2026 (Claim Closing Date).

To make a claim, an Eligible Customer must, before the Claim Closing Date:

(a) visit artusi.com.au/promotions

(b) complete the online claim form with the requested customer and purchase details;

(c) upload a clear copy of the valid Australian tax invoice showing the Participating Retailer, purchase date and Eligible Product; and

(d) provide the model and unique serial number for each Eligible Product claimed.

8. Claim Limits and Validation

One bonus Virtual Visa Gift Card may be claimed for each Eligible Product purchased, provided each claim is supported by a valid proof of purchase and a unique product serial number. Each Eligible Product may only be used for one claim.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any claim and may require original proof of purchase or additional information reasonably required to establish eligibility.

The Promoter may reject a claim that is incomplete, fraudulent, has been tampered with, duplicates another claim, or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

9. Virtual Visa Gift Card

The value of the Virtual Visa Gift Card is determined by the Eligible Product purchased, as set out in clause 6.

Once a valid claim has been approved, the Virtual Visa Gift Card will be sent electronically within 28 days of claim approval to the email address supplied with the claim.

The Virtual Visa Gift Card is subject to the issuer's applicable cardholder terms and conditions, including any activation, use and expiry conditions. Full cardholder terms are available at https://www.visa.incentivesgiftcard.com.au/terms-conditions/. For digital Cards you must complete the registration steps provided in the email to access your Card details. Once registered, your 16 digit digital Card number, expiry date and CVV will be displayed on screen.

The Visa Incentives Gift Card (both physical and digital versions) (‘Card’) is issued by Heritage and People’s Choice Limited trading as Heritage Bank ABN 11 087 651 125 (‘Heritage’) pursuant to a licence from Visa.

The bonus offer is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Where, for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the advertised Virtual Visa Gift Card cannot be supplied, the Promoter may substitute an alternative benefit of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.

10. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

If an Eligible Purchase is cancelled, returned or refunded before the Virtual Visa Gift Card is issued, the related claim will be invalid.

If an Eligible Purchase is cancelled, returned or refunded after the Virtual Visa Gift Card has been issued, the Promoter may seek recovery of the Virtual Visa Gift Card or its value where permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights or remedies available to a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Other Offers

This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Artusi promotional offer unless expressly stated otherwise. Standard retailer pricing, negotiated pricing or retailer-funded discounts do not, by themselves, make an otherwise Eligible Purchase ineligible unless the retailer or Promoter states otherwise.

12. Privacy

The Promoter collects personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility and arranging fulfilment of the Virtual Visa Gift Card. The Promoter may disclose personal information to service providers involved in administering the Promotion, including the gift card issuer or fulfilment provider, and to regulatory authorities where required by law. If the requested information is not provided, the Promoter may be unable to process the claim.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available at https://wwa.com.au/privacy-policy/.

13. General

The Promoter is not responsible for claims that are not received due to a claimant's incorrect contact details or a technical failure outside the Promoter's reasonable control. Claimants should retain a copy of all information submitted with their claim.

The Promoter may take reasonable steps to prevent fraud, misuse or manipulation of the Promotion and may disqualify a claimant who tampers with the claim process or submits false or misleading information.

Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
