What is the promotion?
Purchase a qualifying product as set out below (Qualifying Products) from a participating retailer during the Promotional Period and be eligible to receive a five year Parts and Labour Manufacturer’s Warranty from the date of purchase. The Promoter will (at its discretion) repair or replace any part of the product which is found to be defective within five years from the date of purchase, without cost to you for parts or labour.

All claims MUST be lodged online at fisherandpaykel.com.au/promotions by 31 March 2020.
Proof of Purchase:
Must be uploaded with the online registration by scan/photograph and uploaded to the claim form. Customer name submitted on the claim form must match the customer name on the proof of purchase.
What are the eligible models? This promotional offer is available on the following models:
RS4621FLJK1, RS4621FRJK1, RS6121FLJK1,RS6121FRJK1, RS7621FLJK1, RS7621FRJK1,RS6121SLK1, RS6121SRK1, RS7621SLK1,RS7621SRK1
1. Customer purchases an eligible Fisher & Paykel Column Refrigerator or Freezer from a participating retailer between 01 January 2019 – 31 December 2019
2. Full payment and receipt of goods must occur before 31 March 2020to be eligible to claim.
3. To claim up the 5 year extended warranty, customers must visit fisherpaykel.com.au/promotions and complete all mandatory fields in the online registration form.
4. Claims sent through by post will not be accepted and application is strictly online only.
5. A compulsory component of the claim process is providing proof of purchase which can be supplied by scan/photograph and uploaded to the online claim form.
6. Once approved, customers will receive an email to notify them that their claim has been approved.
7. Following this, if the customer has not received their confirmation email within 45 days, they should contact the promotions team at aus.promotions@fisherpaykel.com
