‘BREAKFAST WITH BREVILLE’ 2026
FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Instructions on how to enter and the offer form part of these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). Entry in this Breakfast with Breville 2026 (“Promotion”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Entries must comply with these Terms and Conditions to be valid.
2. The promoter is BREVILLE PTY LIMITED ABN 98 000 092 928 of 2/170-180 Bourke Road, Alexandria, NSW 2015 ("Promoter" or "Breville").
3. This Promotion is a trade promotion conducted by the Promoter in accordance with relevant state and territory legislation. Trade promotion permits have been obtained as required in the following jurisdictions: NSW Authority No. TP/ 04918; ACT Permit No. TP26/ 00369; SA Permit No.
T26/ 282. The Promotion is open to residents of all Australian states and territories who satisfy the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions. By entering this Promotion, entrants acknowledge that they will comply with all applicable Commonwealth, state and territory laws and regulations in connection with their participation in this Promotion.
Promotion Period
4. The Promotion commences at 9:00am (AEST) on Thursday 26th March, 2026, and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on Sunday 17th May, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion Period may be extended in the sole discretion of the Promoter. Entries received after the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
Definitions
5. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
i. "Immediate Family Member" means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, step-sister or first cousin.
ii. "Participating Product" includes all colourways and variants sold under the parent SKUs listed in the table under ‘Appendix A’ below by model name and number, that are supplied by Breville in Australia and sold directly by Breville or by a Participating Retail Store.
iii. "Participating Retail Store" means any one of the Australian retail stores trading under the following trading names that is authorised by Breville to sell Participating Products and has been invited by the Promoter to participate in the Promotion:

The Promoter recommends that prior to purchasing a Participating Product, each claimant verify with the retailer that it is a Participating Retail Store.
iv. “Proof of Purchase” means an original tax invoice clearly confirming a Purchase.
v. Acceptable formats for submitting Proof of Purchase include: (i) a clear photograph or scan of the original receipt uploaded via the Online Entry Form; (ii) a PDF copy of a digital receipt; or (iii) such other format as the Promoter may accept in its discretion. All Proof of Purchase submissions must be legible and clearly show all required information. The Promoter reserves the right to request the original physical receipt for verification purposes.
- The Participating Product that was Purchased.
- The price paid for the Participating Product.
- The Participating Retail Store in which the Participating Product was Purchased.
- The date that the Participating Product was Purchased during the Promotional Period and prior to the claim being made.
vi. "Proof of Model Number" means proof of the model number of a Participating Product by Breville.
vii. “Purchase” means either making full and final payment for a Participating Product during the Promotional Period or successfully and validly purchasing a Participating Product by entering a final and binding finance agreement in relation to a Participating Product during the Promotional Period. This does not include laybys unless the final layby payment is made during the Promotional Period. Use of services such as Afterpay and Zippay transactions do not constitute Purchases unless payment is made in full during the Promotional Period.
Privacy and Data Collection
6. Entries remain the property of the Promoter. Breville and its agents collect personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. Breville and its agents may use the information for Promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning an entrant.
Entrants acknowledge that the information they provide will be collected by or on behalf of Breville and may be disclosed to other group companies and to third parties that help Breville deliver its products and services (including suppliers, contractors, dealers, agents and business partners) or as required by law. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to Breville’s Privacy Officer. These Terms and Conditions are deemed to incorporate Breville’s privacy policy and by entering the Promotion, each entrant accepts the terms and conditions of Breville’s privacy policy. Eligibility and Entry
7. To be eligible to enter the Promotion, each entrant must:
i. be an Australian resident currently living in Australia with an Australian residential and postal address;
ii. be aged 18 years old or over, or if under the age of 18, have obtained the consent of their parent or legal guardian to participate in this Promotion;
iii. not be an employee of the Promoter, of a Participating Retail Store or of any agency associated with this Promotion, or be an Immediate Family Member of such a person;
iv. Purchase a Participating Product from Breville or a Participating Store;
v. be the Participating Product’s end-user, meaning the entrant must Purchase the Participating Product for their own use and not for commercial purposes, re-sale, rental, or any other indirect use;
vi. visit https://www.breville.com/en-au/competition/breakfastwithbreville (“Website”) by Sunday 31 May, 2026 and follow all of the prompts and instructions to register the Participating Product. This may include providing:
- Information including the entrant’s full name, contact telephone number, email address and residential address
- a scanned copy or photograph of the Proof of Purchase, clearly showing the model number of the Participating Product that was Purchased, the date of Purchase, the price paid and the Participating Retail Store.
- Serial number of the Participating Product
vii. Upon completing registration of the Participating Product, entrant will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Promotion.
viii. Limit of one (1) entry per Participating Product purchased and registered applies.
8. The Promoter and its associated agencies accept no responsibility for lost, stolen, late, damaged or misdirected entries. Entrants must ensure that all personal details provided are correct. The Promoter accepts no responsibility should an Entrant fail to notify the Promoter of correct details or of a change to those details, or for otherwise providing incorrect information.
Prize Draw and Winner Selection
9. On Friday 5th June, 2026 at 1:00pm AEST prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted at Anisimoff Legal Pty Ltd trading as Anisimoff Legal Level 3, 162 Collins Street Melbourne VIC 3000 by an independent organization. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the Promotion. The first valid entry drawn will receive the Grand Prize, and the next 100 valid entries drawn will each receive a Secondary Prize.
i. The Promoter will verify that all entries selected in the random drawing are valid and that entrants meet all eligibility requirements set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
ii. Potential prize winners will be notified by email and/or telephone using the contact information provided at the time of entry. Potential winners must respond within fourteen days of the date of notification. If a potential winner does not respond within the specified time period, is found to be ineligible, or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, that potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
Prizes
10. The following prizes will be awarded:
a. GRAND PRIZE (1 winner):
Inclusions:
i. Return economy airfares for two adults from your closest Australian capital city to Naples, Italy
ii. Transfers and returns from Naples Airport to Positano for two
iii. Seven nights’ accommodation in a 4-star hotel in Positano (twin/double share)
iv. One gourmet breakfast experience for two
v. One rooftop cooking class for two
vi. A Breville Breakfast Pack (provided by Breville) for the winner
vii. AU$500 spending money (EFT)
viii. Comprehensive travel insurance for two (subject to eligibility)
ix. Full-service prize management by our travel partner, including itinerary planning, booking management, and 24-hour winner support.
b. Approximate Retail Value: AUD $25,000
i. The Grand Prize does not include and the winner is responsible for: meals (outside of the
provided Breakfast & Cooking Class), additional ground transportation, extra spending
money, passport and visa fees (if applicable), travel to/from winner’s nearest capital city,
and any other costs not expressly stated as included.
c. SECONDARY PRIZES (100 winners):
Secondary Prize winners will be able to choose between the following two prizes:
i. 1 x Breville the Soft Top Luxe Kettle in Pomodoro Rosso (BKE735PMR) + Breville the Eye Q
850 Auto 2 Slice Toaster in Pomodoro Rosso (BTA850PMR) - combined value $678.00
Or
ii. 1 x Breville the Bambino Plus in Pomodoro Rosso (BES500PMR) + Breville the Knock Box 10 in Pomodoro Rosso (BEA501PMR) - combined value $649.00. (When BES500PMR is registered it is also eligible for 2 complimentary bags of coffee beans valued at approximately $40).
iii. Approximate Retail Value per Secondary Prize: AUD$680
11. Total Prize Pool Value: AUD$93,350.
12. The Grand Prize winner will be contacted to arrange travel details and booking. Travel must be completed by 5th June, 2027. The Grand Prize winner and their travel companion must both hold valid passports (and visas if applicable) and be available to travel during the specified period.
13. Secondary Prizes: Secondary Prize winners will have their prize pack delivered to them by a thirdparty fulfillment agency. Delivery is subject to any processing or delivery delays.
Winner Verification Requirements
14. All prize winners must provide satisfactory proof of their identity, age, and Australian residency to the Promoter’s satisfaction before any prize will be awarded or delivered. Acceptable forms of identification and verification may include, but are not limited to: current Australian driver’s licence, Australian passport, Medicare card, utility bill or bank statement showing Australian residential address dated within the preceding three (3) months, or such other documentation as the Promoter may reasonably require.
15. Grand Prize winners must provide additional documentation as reasonably required by the Promoter and any travel suppliers for the purpose of booking and arranging travel, including but not limited to passport details, emergency contact information, dietary requirements, medical conditions that may affect travel, and any other information reasonably necessary for travel arrangements.
16. Secondary Prize winners must provide verification of their delivery address and such additional identification as the Promoter reasonably requires to facilitate prize delivery.
17. All verification documentation must be provided within fourteen (14) days of the winner being notified of their win, or such other period as specified by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the specified timeframe may result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Grand Prize Travel Conditions
18. The following additional terms and conditions apply to the Grand Prize:
a. The Grand Prize winner’s travel companion must be 18 years of age or older at the time of travel.
b. The Grand Prize winner and their travel companion must execute and return all liability releases, publicity releases, travel documentation, and other forms required by the Promoter, travel suppliers, or applicable law prior to departure. Failure to execute and return such documentation within the timeframe specified by the Promoter may result in forfeiture of the prize.
c. Travel dates are subject to availability and may be subject to blackout periods imposed by airlines, hotels, or other travel suppliers. The Grand Prize winner must be available to travel on dates determined by the Promoter in consultation with travel suppliers.
d. The Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded and no changes, substitutions, or modifications to the itinerary, travel dates, destinations, or other prize elements will be permitted.
e. The Grand Prize is non-transferable and may not be assigned, sold, or otherwise transferred to any third party.
f. If the Grand Prize winner is unable to travel, unwilling to accept the travel conditions set forth in these Terms and Conditions, fails to execute required documentation, or is otherwise unable to accept the Grand Prize, the prize may be forfeited without compensation, and an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
g. The Promoter is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, changes to itinerary, overbooking, strikes, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control that are caused by airlines, hotels, tour operators, or other travel service providers. Any additional costs incurred as a result of such circumstances are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
h. The Grand Prize winner and their travel companion travel entirely at their own risk. The Promoter disclaims all liability for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur during travel or at the destination, whether caused by defect of any vehicle, aircraft, or accommodation, or by any act or omission of any company or person engaged in providing services included in the Grand Prize.
i. The Grand Prize winner must confirm their ability to travel and provide all required travel documentation within 14 days of being notified as the winner. Travel must be booked at least 60 days prior to intended travel departure. All travel must be completed within 12 months of the prize draw. If travel becomes impossible or inadvisable due to government-imposed travel restrictions, pandemic-related border closures, or other force majeure events beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to either: (i) extend the travel completion deadline; or (ii) substitute the Grand Prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value, at the Promoter’s sole discretion. The winner will have no claim against the Promoter for any disappointment or loss arising from such circumstances.
j. The Grand Prize winner may elect to travel alone but cannot transfer, assign, or reallocate their travel companion allocation to another trip, person, or time period. Any frequent flyer points, airline loyalty benefits, or other travel-related rewards that may accrue from the flights included in the Grand Prize will belong to and may be retained by the Grand Prize winner, subject to the policies and terms of the relevant airline or travel service provider. The selection of specific room type, hotel category, and all accommodation arrangements will be made at the absolute discretion of the Promoter, provided such arrangements fall within the stated approximate retail value of the Grand Prize. No upgrades, changes, modifications, or special requests to the accommodation, flight arrangements, or other travel components will be permitted once arrangements have been made, regardless of availability or the winner’s willingness to pay additional costs. The Grand Prize must be accepted as booked and arranged by the Promoter.
k. The Grand Prize is a single event holiday and cannot be separated into different holiday vacations.
l. The Grand Prize winner and their travel companion must meet all travel requirements and conditions of entry for all third-party suppliers (i.e Hotels, Airlines, Restaurants, Events, Activity suppliers etc).
m. The Grand Prize winner and their travel companion must travel together on the same flights and stay at the same property.
n. No compensation or alternative travel plans will be arranged should the Grand Prize winner and/or their travel companion miss their outbound or return flights or fail to meet any check in requirements for any reason. These costs will be the responsibility and expense of the Grand Prize winner and travel companion.
o. A credit card imprint may be required from the Grand Prize winner at check-in to the hotel for all incidental charges.
p. The Grand Prize winner must provide their bank account details (or account name and postal address for cheque) in order for the spending money portion of the prize to be awarded to their nominated account, via EFT transfer. The Grand Prize winner is responsible for providing full and accurate bank details. The Promoter will not be responsible for incorrect details being provided, a banking institution rejecting an EFT payment, or any costs associated with locating any lost monies.
q. Travel suppliers/airlines to be chosen at the discretion of the Promotor’s travel partner.
r. Travel itinerary will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
s. Comprehensive travel insurance is compulsory and included in the Grand Prize subject to all travellers having no pre-existing medical conditions and being under 59 years of age. Where a Grand Prize winner or their travel companion is aged 59 years or over and/or has a pre-existing medical condition, alternative travel insurance may be obtained subject to Promotor and insurer approvals and agreed coverage parameters, with any additional premiums or costs payable by the Grand Prize winner.
t. Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions all other expenses become the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner and their travel companion including but not limited to all meals, spending money, incidentals, mini-bar, laundry, room service, telephone calls and all other ancillary costs.
u. The Grand Prize winner and their travel companion agree that they will not sell or otherwise provide their story and/or photographs to any media or other organisation apart from the Promoter or our travel partner.
v. The Grand Prize winner and their travel companion agree that the Promoter may use their name, image, likeness, and voice for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without further compensation.
Invalid Entries and Disqualification
19. In the event that Breville determines in its sole discretion that an entrant has provided an invalid Proof of Model Number and/or Proof of Purchase, that entrant will be notified via the email address (“Notification Email”) provided by the entrant of the reason for this determination. The entrant will have until 11:59 pm (AEST) on the fourteenth (14th) calendar day after the Notification Email is sent to provide a valid Proof of Model Number and/or Proof of Purchase, as applicable, by responding to the Notification Email.
20. The Promoter may invalidate an entry if an entrant fails to provide a valid Proof of Model Number and/or Proof of Purchase by the fourteenth (14th) calendar day after the Notification Email is sent.
21. The Promoter may, at any time, verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence, Proof of Purchase and Proof of Model Number provided as part of an entry) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. All decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
22. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. Entrants are responsible for ensuring their correct contact email address and other details are provided and any updated details are notified to the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility should an Entrant fail to notify the Promoter of correct details or of a change to those details, or for otherwise providing incorrect information.
General
23. If a Participating Product, details of which are submitted as part of an entry, is returned for a refund or exchange, that entry is disqualified from the Promotion and the entrant is not entitled to receive a prize.
24. Any costs associated with this Promotion and making an entry is each entrant’s responsibility. All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a prize is the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Prize winners are advised to seek independent financial advice regarding the tax implications of winning a prize, particularly in relation to the Grand Prize which may be subject to taxation as assessable income. All other ancillary costs including but not limited to insurance, taxes (excluding GST) and any and all other expenses not expressly included in the prize description are the responsibility of the prize winner.
25. The Promoter makes no guarantee of the availability of its web services and will not be held responsible for any interruption of service that may interfere with an entrant’s ability to participate in this Promotion.
26. Where the Promoter has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, identity theft, or any other irregularity in connection with a winner’s entry or verification, the Promoter may require the winner to provide a statutory declaration verifying the truthfulness and accuracy of all information provided. Failure to provide such statutory declaration within the timeframe specified by the Promoter may result in disqualification. The Promoter’s decision regarding the adequacy of verification documentation is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding such decisions.
27. By entering the Promotion, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Promoter, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
28. If a prize winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of the initial notification being sent, or if a prize winner fails to claim their prize within 14 days of being notified that they have won, the prize will be deemed unclaimed. The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact prize winners using the contact details provided at the time of entry, including by email and telephone where such details have been provided. In the event that a prize remains unclaimed in accordance, the Promoter may, in its absolute discretion: (a) conduct a further random draw from the remaining eligible entries to select an alternate winner for that prize, such unclaimed prize drawing will be conducted on Monday 22nd June, 2026 at 1:00pm AEST at Anisimoff Legal Pty Ltd trading as Anisimoff Legal Level 3, 162 Collins Street Melbourne VIC 3000 by an independent organization; or (b) deal with the unclaimed prize in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, including but not limited to relevant state and territory gaming and liquor legislation. Any alternate winner selected will be subject to the same terms and conditions as the original winner, including verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Once a redraw has been conducted or an unclaimed prize has been dealt with in accordance with this clause, the original winner will have no claim to that prize and no further obligation will exist on the part of the Promoter in respect of that prize. The Promoter’s decision regarding unclaimed prizes is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
29. There will be no delivery fee for Secondary Prizes delivered within Australia. For the Grand Prize, all inclusions specified in clause 10 are provided at no cost to the winner; any costs not expressly included are the winner’s responsibility. Change of delivery address for Secondary Prizes requires 14 calendar days’ notice by contacting askus@breville.com.au or 1300 139 798. If a Secondary Prize delivery has already been dispatched before any change of delivery address is notified, the entrant may not receive the delivery and Breville will not be liable for the delivery.
30. Prize winners may not delay any delivery or change any aspect of the prize.
31. The Promoter is not responsible for any delivery or processing delays.
32. For Secondary Prize winners notified of a successful win, Breville will endeavour to arrange prize delivery within 28 business days of the notification email.
33. For the Grand Prize winner, Breville and/or its agencies will work with the winner to arrange travel booking within 30 days of winner verification, subject to travel availability.
34. This Promotion is available while stocks last for Secondary Prizes. Once either version of the Secondary Prizes are out of stock, Promoter may substitute prize. It will be at the Promotor’s discretion whether winners can choose colourways under this circumstance, and this in turn is subject to stock availability.
35. Subject to these Terms and Conditions and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following:
i. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control);
ii. acts or omissions (including negligent acts or omissions) of the Promoter's employees or agents involved in the conduct of this Promotion.
iii. any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
iv. any original Purchase documentation that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
v. any tax or other financial liability incurred by an entrant; or any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in travel associated with the Grand Prize.
36. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) ("CCA") or any other legislation that may not be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement. If the CCA or any other legislation implies a condition, warranty or term into the Terms and Conditions or provides statutory guarantees in connection with these Terms and Conditions, in respect of goods and services supplied (if any), the Promoter's liability for breach of such a condition, warranty, other term or guarantee is limited to (at the Promoter's election), to the extent it is able to do so:
i. in the case of supply of goods, the Promoter doing any one or more of the following:
- replacing the goods or supplying equivalent goods;
- repairing the goods;
- paying the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods; and/or
- paying the cost of having the goods repaired; or
ii. in the case of supply of services, the Promoter doing either or both of the following:
- supplying the services again; and/or
- paying the cost of having the services supplied again.
37. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State or Territory of Australia in which the entrant resides, and each entrant submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State or Territory.
38. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or cancel this Promotion at any time subject to applicable State and Territory laws and regulations, if the Promotion is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion.
39. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable for any reason, including but not limited to commercial reasons, supply issues or force majeure events.
