How to claim your Cashback
1. Purchase any Siemens home appliance as specified in the Eligible Appliances Table below, within the
promotional period 1 March – 2 May 2021:

2. Register your claim online at www.siemens-home.bsh-group.com.au by 30 June 2021.
3. In order to obtain the Bonus, the online form must be completed in full and must state the purchased
Eligible Products’ model, serial numbers, invoice/receipt number, the Purchaser’s nominated bank
account details, the Purchaser’s mobile phone number for SMS verification, as well as the name
and location of the store where the purchase was made. Claims must include a copy of the original
invoice which clearly shows the Eligible Products purchased and paid for in full within the Promotional
Period. Where the claimant is unable to provide product serial numbers at the time of initial claim
submission, the claimant must finalise the claim by submitting serial numbers for the eligible products
by 2 May 2022. Any claims without serial numbers provided after this date will not be processed and
no Bonus will be issued. For technical issues with the online claim, contact our customer service on
1800 850 762 or via e-mail enquiries@homeappliancecashback.com.au. Claims will not be accepted
by post, email, fax or any other means.
4. The Bonus will be paid following completion of the online form and compliance with the claim procedure
and Terms and Conditions. Please allow up to 60 days from the date that the claim is made to receive your
bonus. The Bonus is inclusive of GST and will be issued by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) into the Purchaser’s
nominated Australian bank account. It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to provide the correct details for the
bank account for the Bonus payment to be paid into. Payments via EFT will be made within 60 working days
after validation of the claim. Claimants will be notified via e-mail once the claim has been processed and
validated. BSH accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from this promotion.
