Terms and Conditions
Q4 2025 Boxing Day Promotion
Promotional Period: 22 December 2025 – 5 January 2026
1. Information on how to claim and the offer form part of these Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). Participation in the Q4 2025 Boxing Day Promotion (“The Offer”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Claimants must comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Promoter is Smeg Australia Pty Ltd ABN 33 146 901 082 (“Promoter” or “Smeg”).
3. The Promotion commences at 9:00am (AEST) on 22 December 2025 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on 5th January 2026 (“Promotional Period”). The Promotional Period may be extended at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
4. The Offer is only valid for purchases made in Australia.
5. The Offer is provided as a dollars off the recommended retail price of Participating Products, applied at the point of purchase in-store or online via a Participating Retail Store. Redemption is not required.
6. The Offer is:
a. Save up to $2000 on selected Smeg Appliances
1. Up to $2000 off selected Victoria & Portofino Freestanding Cookers
2. Up to $1000 off selected Built-in Ovens
3. Up to $500 off selected Cooktops
4. Up to $500 off selected Rangehoods
5. $200 off selected Dishwashers
b. Offer can be combined with select in-market promotional offers valid at the time of purchase, refer to in-market promotional T&Cs for eligibility
7. Any promotional quote or pricing issued by Smeg Australia Pty Ltd or a Participating Retail Store in relation to this Promotion is valid for 7 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated in writing by Smeg. After this period, the Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw quoted pricing at its sole discretion. Availability and pricing are subject to change based on stock levels and retailer participation.
8. Participating Products are listed in Appendix A. All colours of Participating Products are applicable. The list price of each item may change at the Promoter’s discretion.
9. “Participating Retail Store” means any authorised Australian retail store invited by Smeg to participate in this Promotion. Customers should contact the store prior to purchase to confirm eligibility.
10. “Participating Product” means any Smeg product listed in Appendix A supplied by Smeg in Australia and sold by a Participating Retail Store.
11. The Offer is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
12. Normal manufacturer’s warranty conditions apply.
13. To be eligible, claimants must:
a. Be an Australian resident with an Australian residential and postal address.
b. Be the end-user of the Participating Product (purchases for resale, rental, or commercial purposes are excluded).
c. Have paid for the purchase in full during the Promotional Period (a deposit alone does not qualify).
d. Not claim as part of a multi-residential project, new homes development sale, or any purchase on a commercial invoice at commercial pricing.
e. Not be employees (or immediate family members) of the Promoter, its related entities, participating retailers, agencies, or contractors.
14. The following are excluded:
a. Products not listed in Appendix A
b. Complementary products or accessories
c. Small appliances
d. Professional ranges
e. Factory seconds or refurbished items
f. Auction purchases
g. Display models
h. Purchases from non-authorised Smeg retailers
i. Clearance items or items purchased from www.shop.smeg.com.au
15. If a Participating Product is returned for a refund or exchange, the discount will not apply and the retailer may recover the discounted amount.
16. The Promoter is not liable for costs relating to installation, delivery, insurance, or retailer product care plans, including extended warranties or service agreements.
17. Any costs associated with participation are the claimant’s responsibility, including but not limited to insurance, taxes (excluding GST), and related expenses.
18. The Promoter is not responsible for technical malfunctions, delays, or failures of online systems.
19. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes liability for any loss or damage (direct, indirect, or consequential) arising from the Promotion. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or modifies statutory consumer guarantees under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or similar laws.
20. The Promoter is not liable for delays or failure to fulfil this Promotion arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control (including force majeure events).
21. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
22. The Promoter’s collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is subject to the Smeg Privacy Policy at smeg.com.au. By participating, claimants consent to their personal information being stored and used for administering the Promotion.
23. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Participants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
