After months of detailed deep dive researching I bumped into the Wolf 91CM . I'm obsessed with gas flame, highest output and the lowest flame. Wolf ticked all the boxes. It's sold, strong and reliable. You want to cook on it as it's just so comfortable to cook on. Sturdy, strong like a professional kitchen cooktop.High wok heat which gives you wok hay? Yes. Super low flame for heating chocolate?, Yes. If you love cooking and value a solid American made cooktop this will change your cooking life! The look on the kitchen installer when he saw the craftsmanship said it all. " Look at the solid piece of stainless steel, you don't see that anymore " he said.You pay peanuts you get monkeys. Pay the extra money and get the Wolf, worth every cent!

When it works it’s great!
When it works it’s great it melts chocolate and cooks fast the temperature control is amazing….when it doesn’t work it is an expensive useless piece of equipment! We have been waiting since December for a part to repair this cooktop they keep saying it will come and I’m still waiting!!!! It’s pot luck which element will work if any on any given day!!!! My patience is wearing very thin….
