Great oven but trays are no good

New gas wall oven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 2nd Westinhouse wall oven, pretty much same model as previous as I found it a great oven. This 2nd oven, overall is good, but would not recommend due to the new style shelves provided. For starters only 2 are provided, for both grill and oven but my major complaint is that they 'dip' down about a cm or so, which makes it extremely difficult to place/remove items from oven, especially without spillage.
I thought I'd use the shelves from my old oven, but these are a few mm wider so no good.
