Very dissapointed in this fridge. Started to make excessive fan noise after a few months, then after 3 years the fridge section stopped workng completely. Repair costs excessive. Will not buy a Westinghouse again.

Had this fridge now for 3 years and it’s worked well without any major issues. Unfortunately the freezer door handle has broken at the mounting point with only light usage. Plastic parts and a poor design not really fit for purpose.

Even the basics this fridge does not do well. - Shelf heights can’t be adjusted well to allow a 2 litre milk bottle standing upright (absolutely necessary if you like your milk cold) without losing an entire shelf. - No seperate meat section - Water filters require changing every 6 months which becomes very expensive. - The right side fruit and veg draw won’t open unless both side by side doors are open. - This is the first fridge I’ve EVER had where the doors are self closing. You can’t just apply low level pressure and expect them to swing closed and seal. You need to actually physically close them fully each time. - On a good note, the water supply fittings supplied are now brass and not plastic. Overall I expect a manufacturer who has been designing fridges for so long to get basic things right every time but this one appears to be pencilled out by an apprentice while everyone else was out at lunch…!
