● Heating function - Meals that have already been cooked can be reheated at 85 °C.
● Memory function - Automatically transfers the settings for a cooking zone to a new cooking zone.
● Teppanyaki function - Automatically recognizes the teppanyaki dish.
● Warming function - Keeps cooked food warm at approx. 65 °C.
● Melt function - For gently melting e.g. butter, chocolate or honey at approx. 40 °C.
● Professional mode - Adjust the power level for the cookware by moving the cookware.
● Pause button - Temporarily switch cooking zones to power level 1 for ten minutes.
● Cleaning lock - Deactivates the control panel so that the controls can be briefly cleaned.
● Simmer function - For simmering e.g. sausages or dumplings in hot water at below boiling point.
● Languages in display: de, en, fr, he, it, nl, ru, tr, uk, zh
● AutoPowerPlus - If AutoPowerPlus is activated, the selected ring operates at extra-high power for a maximum of 15 minutes or until the boiling point is reached.
● Powerplus - If you turn on PowerPlus, the selected cooking zone works with an extra high power level for a period of 10 minutes. The appliance automatically returns to power level 9 after 10 minutes. PowerPlus can be used to heat up a large volume of water very quickly, for instance.
● Operating time with shut-down function - The appliance is equipped with a timing device monitoring the cooking zones. This automatically shuts off the cooking zone after a certain operating time, depending on the power level set.
● Restore function - If the appliance is accidentally switched off, the settings can be restored in just six seconds.
● EcoStandby - V-ZUG ensures that the electricity consumed by our laundry room appliances in standby is kept to a minimum. With EcoStandby, our laundry room appliances consume virtually no additional electricity when they are switched off.
● Glass surface protection - To limit scratches, the glass surface is equipped with a protective print.
