This 76cm Induction Cooktop offers a spacious cooking area with four cooking zones, plus a ventilation system integrated into the cooktop itself. This space-saving, 2-in-1 solution draws smoke, fumes and odours directly from your cooking. Induction cooking technology generates heat directly into cookware, rather than the cooktop itself. This means faster, more efficient heating, as well as a safer environment. The Powerplus function delivers an extra high power level for a period of 10 minutes, great for rapidly getting large pots of water to the boil.
The surface is built with durable and stylish OptiGlass. The smooth surface is easy to keep clean with just a quick wipe, so it always looks its best.
Efficient induction heating
Because the induction cooking directly heats up the metal in your pots and pans rather than heating the four hotplates themselves, these cooktops are very fast, efficient and safe to use.
PowerPlus
If PowerPlus is activated, the selected zone operates at extra-high power for up to 10 minutes, ideal for getting large pots of water to the boil rapidly.

The integrated rangehood makes this cooktop a 2-in-1 appliance. Freeing up overhead space in your kitchen, the ventilation system pulls smoke, odours, and fumes directly from your cooking at close range, making for a clean air environment.

| Features | ● Heating function - Meals that have already been cooked can be reheated at 85 °C. ● Pause button - Temporarily switch cooking zones to power level 1 for ten minutes. ● Zone connection - Switches two zones on behind each other and adjusts them together. ● Simmer function - For simmering e.g. sausages or dumplings in hot water at below boiling point. ● Warming function - Keeps cooked food warm at approx. 65 °C. ● Cleaning lock - Deactivates the control panel so that the controls can be briefly cleaned. ● Melt function - For gently melting e.g. butter, chocolate or honey at approx. 40 °C. ● OptiGlass - A very hard coating ensures your hob stays looking as good as new throughout its entire service life. Thanks to the mirror glass design, the appliances from this series perfectly complement the other V-ZUG appliances in your kitchen. OptiGlass is available with selected hobs from our standard range. ● Powerplus - If you turn on PowerPlus, the selected cooking zone works with an extra high power level for a period of 10 minutes. The appliance automatically returns to power level 9 after 10 minutes. PowerPlus can be used to heat up a large volume of water very quickly, for instance. ● Operating time with shut-down function - The appliance is equipped with a timing device monitoring the cooking zones.
