Pro Wok set
The included Pro Wok set lets you make the most out of your induction cooktop. This accessory set includes a wok pan with lid, a rack, and a stand. You can toss a sizzling stir fry or deep fry food with ease thanks to this premium set.
Keep Warm function
With a touch of a button, you can activate the Keep Warm function when you’ve finished cooking. This keeps food at approximately 65°C to ensure it is ready to serve when you are.
PowerPlus
If PowerPlus is activated, the selected zone operates at extra-high power for up to 10 minutes, ideal for getting large pots of water to the boil rapidly.
Pause cooking option
When you’re entertaining guests, cooking multiple dishes, or simply need to stop cooking temporarily, you can activate the Pause function to set the cooking zone to low heat for ten minutes.

| Features | ● Warming function - Keeps cooked food warm at approx. 65 °C. ● Melt function - For gently melting e.g. butter, chocolate or honey at approx. 40 °C. ● Cleaning lock - Deactivates the control panel so that the controls can be briefly cleaned. ● Pause button - Temporarily switch cooking zones to power level 1 for ten minutes. ● Simmer function - For simmering e.g. sausages or dumplings in hot water at below boiling point. ● Powerplus - If you turn on PowerPlus, the selected cooking zone works with an extra high power level for a period of 10 minutes. The appliance automatically returns to power level 9 after 10 minutes. PowerPlus can be used to heat up a large volume of water very quickly, for instance. ● Operating time with shut-down function - The appliance is equipped with a timing device monitoring the cooking zones. This automatically shuts off the cooking zone after a certain operating time, depending on the power level set. ● Restore function - If the appliance is accidentally switched off, the settings can be restored in just six seconds. ● EcoStandby - V-ZUG ensures that the electricity consumed by our laundry room appliances in standby is kept to a minimum.
