From here, you can heat up your grill, monitor your food, or activate convenient features such as the Keep Warm function and Timer. You can also use the meat probe to ensure you reach your target internal temperature, whether you’re preparing medium-rare meats or well-done steaks.
Once you’re all done and ready to go, the porcelain-coated grill grates are a breeze to clean. The baffled lid is held securely in place thanks to the durable latches and the stainless steel handle makes it easy to transport. Cast iron griddle
The included cast iron griddle can be easily placed on the grill to provide a cooking space to prepare eggs, bacon, toasties, pancakes, and other items that require a smooth cooking surface.
Keep Warm function
If you need to pause cooking or need some time before serving, you can turn on the handy Keep Warm function. This keeps your food warm at a specific temperature without the risk of overcooking your food.
Meat probe
The meat probe allows you to monitor the internal temperature of your food so you can achieve the perfect grill. The temperature is displayed by pressing the center button on the controls.
Arc controller
The arc controller is conveniently located so you can easily monitor your grill, make adjustments, and activate any functions. With a user-friendly control panel and display, using your grill is easy and simple.
