Good brand, solid build
I was recommended this brand by an installer. Didn’t know anything about it. A bit expensive comparing to Smeg, Bosch and the other brands. Not too happy with it but it’s done now…..

Great looking and high quality rangehood
We recently purchased a Black Schweigen rangehood to modernise our kitchen and bring it in line with other appliances in our kitchen. The black colour makes it really stand out and whilst the functions are basic, they do exactly what they need to do. Removes smell and provide a great source of light. It is also pretty quiet for a non-silent model. Much better than our old one.
There was only one negative. It was a little difficult getting in as we had to remove a cornice to get it to bolt into the supplied bracket but other than that, it looks good and performs well. When we put a new cornice back in place, it is going to cover up the bolts that is not ideal for future removal.
