THE Best
My scanpan wok needed replacing after 15 years of hard labour! It had got a bit scratched and was sticking a little. When I saw the price of the new scanpan woks I decided to try another brand. Shouldn't have bothered. I bought a Soffrito carbon steel wok that was supposedly non stick. Well it wasn't. I followed the directions for oiling it etc before use, but on the second use started to stick. Then the coating started to come off after a few uses. So I went back to the Scanpan! I was a bit concerned when I saw the new coating on the pan. It is a bit rougher. BUT this pan is so good.. true non stick. Easy to clean, great size. When my kids come for tea I can easily do a Mee Goreng or stir fry for 10. No problems. I figure in the long run it is great value for money!
