Quality TV Ruined By Poorly Designed Remote
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of the picture- resolution, brightness, contrast, refresh and colour and the features are very good but all this is completely ruined by the remote control.
The remote control drives you around the bend, this is one of the most important aspect of any TV purchase, it is not user friendly.
The remote control is small, lacks labelling and no clear instructions for how to use it. Elderly people and the not so elderly would struggle.
Samsung should have used a focus group to test it and give feedback. I would seriously consider buying a different brand the next time based on the quality and ease of use of a remote control.
Voice control or using your mobile to control your TV is not that important, we just want a remote control that gives pleasure in using to control the viewing experience.
Did Not get service as advertised.
Ordered TV 18/05 couldn’t deliver next day. Now as I have hospital appointments 20/5 all day & 21/05 am I have to hope they can deliver that afternoon, if not I will have to wait till Monday. I had to pay installation fee even though my TV is on the wall with a bracket so I would expect it would just have to be taken down and new TV clipped back up.. so disappointing.
