I bought this two years ago and the I experienced a number of times (approx 10) with the device it just would not power on. Sometimes it decided to come on after a few days. The first time it wouldn’t come on after several attempts, I took it for repairs that was 9months of using, I was told that it was a hardware failure. Since the repairs, i continued to have the same issues with it on and off, and i had to take it in for another repairs and I was told that same failure had occurred, that was only 23 months after the purchase. I dropped it off on the 5th December 2025,it still hasn’t been resolved. I had got into a routine using this device after night, and they have had almost 3 weeks and couldn’t either repair it or offer a replacement. This is appalling. Samsung you have failed me as a loyal customer big time.

Owned for 11months, loved using it for travel, Had about 10-15hours use. Sat disconnected from anything for 5months and i went to use the Projector but it fails to display anything. Audio etc all works. Was told from a repair centre its not covered under Warranty as it was originally from NZ and not AUS.
