I purchased a Samsung soundbar approximately a year ago, and I've been experiencing recurring issues. After just two months, the soundbar had problems, and the store, "thegoodguys," replaced it. Unfortunately, I'm now facing the same issues with the replacement unit. There are instances of no sound or severe cracking noises, negatively impacting the overall audio experience. Given that this is the second occurrence of such issues within a relatively short time frame, I am genuinely concerned about the product's reliability and performance. I believe it's reasonable to expect a product of this nature to function seamlessly for an extended period.

Great first day of use, Tron legacy had some great sounds, and adjustable dialogue volume made voices really clear. Replacing a t420 soundbar, which although a budget with soundbar, is a lot to beat. Hopefully I can get some time to rest it properly. No connection problems, connected soundbar to sub, before attaching the hdmi, and connected straight away. Impressed with build of bar, but beside being Bluetooth and active, the sub is identical to the t420, and doesn't sound double the amplification of it.
