Terrible product bought a few months ago. Tiny pieces of Food gets stuck in the arms as it recycles water through them. I’ve never had a sparkling load of dishes even after the first wash. Tried to bring to their attention bad design and got told I had broken it. I asked what was broken and no response. They also advised cleaning the dishes before I clean them in dishwasher. I am currently emptying filters and picking microscopic food out of arms every wash and not getting a good wash even after I’ve cleaned them. Worse than cheaper brands I’ve been using for years prior. I will buy a different brand as it’s not even doing the job it’s made for.

Bought this a couple of years ago. Used for a month but when everything came out dirty stopped using it. Just decided to clean thoroughly and try again. Just saw all these reviews. Seems there’s no solution. Looks like it’s the same for everyone. Why would you make a dishwasher where you have to wash everything after it’s been in the dishwasher.

Worst dishwasher I have ever owned. It doesn’t clean dishes. They have to be fully rinsed and wiped down before going in otherwise you just have to re wash, the same goes with cups and cutlery. It doesn’t fit plates and larger glass in at the same wash due to the draw sizes. The only thing I like about this washer is the cutlery section but would never buy another Samsung dishwasher again. It currently has an LE code that I can’t clear and it’s not worth getting someone out to look at it as I’d rather just buy new and finally get a dishwasher that actually washes!
