Disappointing Experience
Disappointing Experience with Samsung Washing Machine
I've owned the Samsung washing machine model WW85K6410QX/SA for a couple of years, and my initial satisfaction has turned to disappointment. The quality has proven to be poor, with the add wash door failing prematurely and the main control board stopping work just half a year after the warranty expired.
While I was happy with its performance initially, the durability and reliability of this machine have been a letdown. I expect more from a reputable brand like Samsung especially for a model like this.
If you're considering purchasing this machine, be aware of the potential issues you may face. I hope the manufacturer takes customer feedback seriously and improves the quality and durability of their products.
Avoid Samsung washing machines
Terribly disappointed with this machine. I won't buy any Samsung appliance again that has moving parts. 3 years old and is now making horrendous noises throughout the cycle. Now producing a burning smell and when I opened the door after yesterdays wash, smoke came pouring out. Horrendous mistake buying a Samsung.
Great washing machine
I love this machine with loads of programs to choose from. Super speed program is really good and end up using it the most.
