Waste of money
Had the thing fixed under warranty twice during the first 2 years. Should have been fixed more frequently but by that point I just avoided dealing with it. Now it’s out of warranty and instantly broken in two different ways. What a waste of money.
Don’t buy it
Mine presented issues with draining not long after purchasing. Tried to clear filter every time to no avail. Avoid at all costs
DO NOT BUY. Terrible machine & customer service
From the day we received our machine it had problems. It leaked at the door, it overheated when using the drying cycle and then the door would not open for about 3 hours after using the dryer. The washing cycles also would get stuck and you would have to cancel and start again or wait until door would open then have water spill everywhere. Samsung customer care was terrible. I have spent countless hours over the last 12 months with them on the phone. They have sent a repairer twice and then told me it was working fine. I had to send a video to prove it wasn't to the authorised repair centre. The repair centre was amazing in helping me deal with Samsung, and they did everything they could from their end, but Samsung was refusing to authorise another repair! It has been over 12 months of arguing with them and they are finally refunding me for the machine. I will never buy another Samsung product!
