Most Recent
A great washer
One of the best and robust washing machines I have used. It is a heavy duty washer and has been put through it paces. I don’t normally like Samsung products, but this is a great machine. Would recommend and would definitely buy again.
Not happy
This machine washed brilliantly at first. But then it decided to keep adding water even if manually overriden.
Contacted Samsung who suggested that I can override the water level and not much else. Unless I stand there and watch it wash every minute of the cycle. We are on tank water as well and have a home sewerage treatment plant that limits the amount of water that it can handle daily.
Now it is out of warranty and we have no local repair people. Fed up with the waste of water when it is scarce most of the time.
Loved it till the computer went
I loved it till the computer went and it was $250 to replace and it’s never worked properly since . I have just ordered a new one here that will be delivered Wednesday.
