[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with this washer dryer so far. I have never had a dryer and I am loving the fact I can build the dry cycle into the wash. My notes: - Tracking on my phone in the app: seeing the cost and times it runs, picking custom cycles and knowing how long it has is amazing. Only thing is why won't it stay on remote connect when a cycle finishes so I can set a dry cycle separately.. - Drying time can be long (6+ hours) but for 2 people we don't mind. We set it over night or when we leave the house and there is shorter options but that fully dries them. - The weighing feature is good it seems to finish early if there is less clothes - Fairly quiet I don't find it too noisy or bothersome - Size is great for 2 people we wash work clothes 1-2 x week, towels/bedding 1x week and other clothes 2xweek and this is perfect for us.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First use, when come to spin and dry the machine jumps and I couldn't hold it with force so I had to turn the power off but it made scratches as well as my walls and furniture, luckily it didn't pop the water taps otherwise it would be a disaster. Now I'm waiting for the repair but I wish to get a replacement. See how we go...
