Disappointing and Frustrating
Have been using this machine for a couple of years and am seriously thinking of cutting our losses and getting rid of it. It seems to have a mind of its own, and changes settings to suit itself. Frequently, when checking how long it has to run, it will show 10min (or so). When I go back to unload the wash, I find that it has reset the time to run to 20min. It is supposed to be economical to run but, comes up with 'Tub Clean' sometimes after only a few days and, on average around once every two weeks. 'Tub Clean' takes more than an hour and uses heaps of hot water - certainly not economical. The lid contains a clear glass panel, but it is useless for checking on the wash as the attached, small items tray obscures the main tub and cannot be removed.

Worst washing machine I've ever owned.
i bought this machine a little over a year ago and it's been the worst machine I've ever used. It uses huge amounts of water, always gets stuck in a rinse cycle loop which requires you to turn the machine off and reboot the horrible thing. If you're lucky it will reboot otherwise it will get stuck in it's eternal rinse loop again and again. The spin function is terrible and the clothes come out wetter than most other machines. If I could get a refund I would. I'm stuck with it because I can't afford to throw out a relatively new machine and buy another. Most function don't work, you can't rinse and spin for instance, it just doesn't work. I hate this machine with the fire of a thousand suns and I can't wait for the day it stops working and I never have to see, use, or hear it again.
