DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
May as well get 5k and flush it down the toilet…
This fridge is rubbish, troubles with ice maker and correct cooling from day 1..Stainless steel finish has peeled all off my fridge,( Samsung say this is not covered under warranty ) we live non tox so no chemicals have ever been used to clean it, it’s just a faulty finish on this fridge as you will see on many other reviews..any spillage sits in crisper tray edges and you can not get it out. My fridge has now completely carked it and Samsung will not assist at all. Yes it is out of warranty but under Australian consumer laws I have the right to assistance but Samsung will not help, was told I could get 40% off a new fridge which I would of jumped at but then they told me that they couldn’t because I don’t live close to a Samsung factory?? So no resolution for us, just left 5k down with this fridge and now another 5k to replace it, so this fridge mistake has cost us 10k! Be warned…do not purchase you will regret it!!!! Wish I could give minus stars
Refund of this product
Samsung has agreed to refund our money on this faulty fridge, but they want to pick up the fridge in 7-14 days and then refund our money in around 30 days.
I am sure they wouldn’t let us take a fridge without paying for it first.
So again we will be out of pocket to purchase another fridge while we wait for a refund for a product that has been faulty from day one.
Never mind our lost time each time we have to be home for repairs on this faulty fridge.
RUBBISH FRIDGE
This purchase was the worst decision of my life. We have had nothing but trouble with the fridge. Ice maker has been replaced twice and again not working correctly and the finish on the fridge doors are coming off. We have refused any further repairs and just want our money back. We have taken time off work each time for repairs and no one reimburses you for that.
The fridge is the cost of a small car and it’s rubbish.
Do yourself a favour and don’t buy one.
Claim is in Samsungs hands and it will be interesting how long it takes to get results. REFUND.
