DO NOT BUY
i have the same feedback as it would seem everyone else has. the fridge started pooling up with water in the fridge and freezer. the back of the fridge is frozen and keeps freezing all my food in the fridge. i cant use the crisper draws as they fill up with water.
Faulty model, do not purchase.
Do not buy this fridge! I've had it for 9 years, and after a few months we noticed the bottom section of the fridge would fill up with water, and quite often end up freezing. We ended up having to remove the sliding sections and having to chip away at the ice/wipe up the water every few days. There were a few times where the freezer stopped working, forcing us to throw away everything in the freezer. Recently the freezer stopped working completely, and now the fridge is no longer keeping anything cool. A friend had the exact same model with the same issues. Despite being in warranty, it was difficult for Samsung to agree to repair the fridge, despite admitting to knowing this model is faulty. He had the fridge repaired multiple times and recently just replaced it altogether with a different company. Not sure why this fridge has been available for sale for so long despite the obvious flaws with this model.
DO NOT BUY!
Have owned this fridge for 6 years.... Worst fridge i have ever owned. The rear heater part keeps failing, Definitely NOT a frost free fridge as ice forms over the heater core and stops the fridge part from cooling the fridge... Having had this part replaced many times ive now learnt to just manually defrost the fridge when it starts making the tell tale sound (clunk noises) Which occurs every 6 months!!! This first occured 2 months after purchasing this fridge! I will replace this fridge soon, but seriously its a joke considering the amount of money spent on this fridage to purchase!
