Worst fridge. Don't buy a Samsung
Waste of money. Purchased this brand new and it's been fail since day 1.
Had it repaired several times and it's still a lemon. The crispers fill with water. Parts of the freezer dont freeze. Food goes off early because it doesn't get cold enough in parts. Will never buy another Samsung.
Do not purchase this fridge
I purchased this fridge just on 4 years ago and have had constant issues with ice building up in the drainage tube. This causes huge amounts of water to pile in the fruit and veggie drawers. The only way to get rid of the ice is to turn the fridge off and let at thaw. I’m really unimpressed. It’s such an essential household item and it causes a lot of stress.
Avoid Fridge
Have been supporting Samsung for many years from fridges to phones to televisions, but have been extremely disappointed and let down by this fridge. I have bought this fridge only 3 years ago and taken good care of it and it is already dying. The refrigerator itself no longer cools properly displaying 20 degrees?? and just like everyone else makes horrible noises at times.
Just talked to Samsung support and could barely understand them, they didnt seem to want to help at all. This will be my last Samsung fridge due to this, although the fridge does look nice it really is more hassle than its worth.
I should have really read the reviews before I purchased.
