Oh dear
This machine is a giant pain in the butt. It takes ages to start so you manually need to tell it what water level you think is best otherwise it over fills in your water bill is huge. It bangs like crazy it sounds like a thunderstorm if it's out-of-balance. The whole cycle is so loud I can hear it from upstairs and that's when it's working well. I agree the softener leaks into the detergent and never empties properly that is gross to clean. Washing never smells great as it doesn't seem to spin properly and you really need to be waiting to grab the washing as soon as it's finished to stop it smelling. Today I bought an Electrolux front loader in my life has changed good by Samsung p.s. The darn lid keeps banging on my head because you keep forgetting to click the inner lid tray closed.
Absolute rubbish
This machine has broken down more times than I can think now I’m trying to get my money back it is an absolute waste of time do not buy one of the Samsung washing machines

The machine is a dream to use. Great functions. Purchase and delivery were seamless. Delivery was faster than expected and the guys delivering were very helpful. Highly recommend this washing machine.
