Cont. Flow Hot Water System& Controllers K26N60M
I installed one in a previous house I owned, so I speak from experience! Why would you heat up a large amount of water either by solar, electric or gas, sitting there slowly cooling down, heating it up again and than add cold water as you use it? Even with solar hot water you need a booster. The instantaneous gas is the only logic solution regardless of the price to obtain / installation to replace an existing tank system. Even better in a new house installation. Set the temp. so you shower at the right temp. without adding cold water or use for the washing machine or dishwasher.
Set temperature and adjust when you feel like it
I have had this for a month now and it has worked flawlessly. I love the remote you get for adjusting the temp, at tne moment i have it at 44 degrees and when it starts to get colder all i have to do is press the remote i have in the kitchen to a higher temp, easy. Will wait to see my next gas bill which i expect to be less tnan my previous one with the storage tank.
