Excellent customer service
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We ordered the oven and dishwasher at the same time. When we were about to install the dishwasher in place, noticed a dent in the door. Called the customer service the next day and the way the call was handled did leave a positive impression. The customer service person apologised for the experience and offered to send a replacement, which arrived within a week. This exemplary customer service sets you apart from the crowd.
One thing which can be improved is the instruction manual, as it can be a bit confusing. We eventuall figured out, but it took a bit of reading over and over and some searches and trial and error.
Overall a great purchase and thank you NEFF.
So So Quite
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have so loved my NEFF Dishwasher. I couldnt believe how quite it was and how thoroughly clean all the dishes came out. I particularly like to use the 1h function for day to day dishes and the Chef function works a treat when you are entertaining
Excellent appliance
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I shave been using my new NEFF dishwasher for several months now and love the quiet, fast, efficient result. The only very minor thing which is not quite as good as my previous German branded machine is that it doesn’t dry quite as well but this is offset by the superior clean.
