Quick and Clean
The cooktop heats up so quickly ( faster than gas) and is so easy to use. Just twist the nob and you are on and ready to cook within seconds.
New cooktop
We were convinced to purchase an induction cooktop over the gas model initially selected. We couldn't be happier. Despite being a little tricky to use at the begininning the control and and ease of use has been fantastic. It has been a great decision. Highly recommend.
NEFF
We needed to resolve 1) the power requirements involved with a 90 cm induction cooktop; 2) size of the countertop opening. It seems NEFF didn't make much of an effort to alert consumers that so much power (50 amps) would be needed. As to sizing, not all 90 cm models are created equal but we were able to "re-size" the opening with the assistance of a stone mason. We have only cooked on the induction cooktop twice so it is hard to rate but I think we'll love it. It is certainly quite functional and attractive.
