Cooktop Purchase Experience
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were looking for an induction top for an island bench. Size wise, the 80cm Neff was perfect. Originally looked at the non-ventilated cooktop and a separate canopy rangehood over the top. When looking at total costs, especially installation costs for the rangehood, everything kept going up and up. When at a retailer, they had one of the Neff downdraft vent models in operation, my wife was very impressed with it. Being the typical male, I started crunching numbers and with the elimination of the need for the rangehood, and its installation costs, the total out of pocket price reduced. Both of us also liked the elimination of the rangehood in the kitchen, it really opens up the area. My wife and I are looking forward to many happy hours cooking with it.
The Vent fantastic
I bought this a month ago luv it, Never had induction before ,has opened up my new kitchen and made entertaining so much more fun .
Fabulous unit
I am in love with this fantastic cooktop. At first I thought it would be complicated to use, but that is not so - a quick read and I was away. The extraction works well, and is relatively quite, and the whole unit frees up a great deal of bench space compared with a more conventional unit.
