Bought this nine months ago. Best things about it are that it's quiet and it generally cleans the dishes well. Minor complaints are: that the door springs closed unless the bottom rack is wheeled out onto it, and it seems to leave too much rinse aid (which I've now stopped using) on the dishes making them slightly sticky. Also, working out how to operate it with the buttons and whatever their symbols mean can be tricky. Otherwise no problems.

Easy to use controls. So much more internal space for pots with the fold down racks Thought I wouldn't bother with the cutlery tray, but I love it. So easy to pluck out all the same pieces, and no bending down to search for them. Dishes and glassware come out sparkling clean, what more can you ask for.

Purchased this Miele d/w as last Miele d/w was a workhorse and lasted a good 20 years. Initially called Miele but they weren't too sure about the underbench specs and took too long to reply. Appliances online were able to answer the specs question. They only have this Miele d/w and after some difficulty managed to get it to me with their usual efficiency. Installer was great. Pros: The d/w itself is very quiet, cleans well and there have been no mechanical problems so far. Cons: I havent worked out if there is a quick cycle (30 minutes or so) yet, the door tends to swing to the floor, not sure if it needs adjusting and I wanted a cutlery basket but the tray set up does clean well.
