Designed for versatile everyday cooking, this 76-litre oven offers five shelf levels and a wide temperature range from 30 to 300°C, giving users the flexibility to bake, roast, grill, defrost and more. Automatic programmes help simplify meal preparation by guiding cooking settings for reliable results across dishes such as cakes, fish and meat.
For baking and roasting performance, Moisture Plus introduces added moisture during cooking, helping dough rise beautifully and encouraging crisp, golden crusts. Fan Plus, Intensive Bake, Auto Roast and other operating modes provide further flexibility for different recipes and cooking styles.
Cleaning is made easier with pyrolytic self-cleaning, which heats the oven interior to a high temperature to break down food residue. The CleanGlass door, removable PerfectClean shelf runners and PyroFit FlexiClip telescopic runners further support convenient maintenance.
Practical touches enhance daily usability, including SoftOpen and SoftClose door movement, timer functions, rapid heat-up, a touch-cool front and safety features such as system lock, safety switch-off and door locking during pyrolytic cleaning. With Miele@home connectivity, the appliance can also be networked for smarter control and added convenience.
Pyrolytic self-cleaning
With Miele’s pyrolytic self-cleaning feature, food residue is turned into ash using very high temperatures so it can simply be wiped away. Three levels of pyrolytic settings allows you to clean light soiling to very heavy soiling.
Moisture Plus control
Achieve the perfect level of tenderness when cooking meats and fluffiness when baking bread by adding moisture easily. You can also programme bursts of steam to truly perfect your creations.
Gentle door movement
Gentle door movement enhances both usability and design, featuring a sophisticated cushioning mechanism that ensures smooth, controlled opening and closing. The door opens to 90°, providing convenient, unobstructed access to the oven interior for easier handling of dishes.
