At its centre, the Fire Pro provides four high-performance cast stainless steel TurboBurners, each delivering 14 MJ/h. Its wide UltraHeatRange supports cooking temperatures from 80C to 450C, while five TempSensors+ provide precise temperature measurements within the grill. Alongside it, the Cook S 2PD adds two different burner sizes with precise heat regulation, providing a dedicated gas cooking area for sauces, sides and dishes prepared in pots or pans.
For intense high-temperature cooking, the Sear Pro P reaches grill temperatures of up to 900C. Its top heat grill can reach up to 850C within three minutes, while an adjustable stainless steel grill grate lets you alter the cooking position to suit different ingredients and desired results.
The Store Gas M completes the Miele Essence Outdoor Kitchen BBQ with dedicated gas cylinder storage. Its ventilated compartment accommodates cylinders up to 9kg on fully telescopic runners, while an integrated gas distributor can connect up to three gas appliances.
