Disappointing my Hearing aids can't be connected along with the sound bar.

Set up voice was talking so fast impossible to keep up. Start up screen is poor, not as user friendly as other brands I have used.

I’ve had the 65-inch model since May 6, and it’s been one disappointment after another. This is a long review, but if you’re considering buying this TV, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The first issue is performance. The interface is surprisingly slow and sluggish to navigate. It’s not the biggest deal once you’ve started watching something, but it’s definitely frustrating for everyday use. The second issue is sports. This TV has some of the worst grass artefacts I’ve ever seen, regardless of price. Enabling Smooth Gradation on Low improves it, but that means giving up an accurate picture mode like Filmmaker Mode and relying on extra image processing. I don’t think that’s an acceptable compromise. The third issue is how it handles bright whites. They’re unbelievably harsh and genuinely uncomfortable to look at. No combination of settings fixed it for me except drastically reducing the contrast, which then makes the overall picture look flat and washed out. I’ve owned and used plenty of TVs over the years, and I’ve never experienced this before. The biggest problem, though, is the motion handling. It’s genuinely poor. I’ve owned older 60Hz TVs that handled motion better than this. In cartoons, fast movement often creates noticeable double images or ghosting around characters. This happens with motion processing both on and off. Whether it’s a panel response time issue or something else, the end result is the same: choppy, distracting motion that I couldn’t find any way to fix. Even in movies and other content, motion never looks smooth and is noticeably worse than much cheaper TVs I’ve used. I’m usually the type of person who spends time tweaking settings and finding workarounds to get the best out of a product. Unfortunately, this TV has too many fundamental issues to overcome, and I don’t think most buyers will be happy with it either. I originally wanted the next model up, but it was out of stock for over a month, so I settled for this one. Looking back, I wish I’d waited. After this experience, I’d happily pay the extra money to move up to an OLED from LG or instead I’d buy a different brand. The difference in overall picture quality and viewing experience would be well worth the upgrade, and I genuinely wish I’d had the chance to do that instead.
