I bought this washing machine 6 yrs and experience plastic erosion. Anyone know why or how to prevent this from happening? Beside that the main board also faulty cause the heater not functioning.

When the repair person fixed it the first time, he said he's "never seen a washing machine break itself from the inside out like this one had" in all of his years of service. That was three months ago. Today, I get to call him again because the element has stopped heating, therefore no dryer function.

My family and I bought this washer dryer hoping it to be able to wash and dry our clothing properly and it hasn’t, it has done quite the opposite. When we take out most of our clothing there is discolouration and stains that weren’t there prior to washing. It doesn’t wash properly, like for example I washed something in the LG ThinQ and then hand washed it after in a bucket to find that the water was brown and stunk. Not to mention that the drying mode stunk all of my clothing, because there is no way to choose the drying temperature. Overall very bad machine and will not be purchasing again!
